Testimonials Present and Past
Chuck has a unique gift for understanding individual and organization behavior and for helping leaders benefit from his insights and counsel. He is an excellent consultant and leadership coach, insightful, pragmatic, trustworthy and highly committed to his clients. I personally have benefited from working with Chuck and highly recommend him to other organization leaders.
His expertise, especially in emotional intelligence, proved very useful. Based on his ability to help Tribal Council, we encouraged Chuck to become involved in our Enterprise activities, especially our Foxwoods and MGM Grand properties... He helped us deal with change, inspire performance, and raise levels of employee engagement.

“Emotional Intelligence coaching for the senior leaders and staff had a significant positive impact on their effectiveness. It has improved our relationships with our business customers and our interactions with other internal IT divisions. By understanding the emotional ‘landscape,’ we are much better equipped to understand and manage our own reaction to events in the workplace and to more effectively understand our business and IT partners’ frame of reference. As a result, we are more able to use our training in analytical and design skills to produce more effective solutions with our business and IT partners.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Chuck Wolfe for over 25 years. He has provided tremendous assistance and guidance to me when either formulating new teams or trying to enhance work teams in various hotel settings. I continue to work with Chuck presently with his model of Emotional Intelligence and have great confidence on it improving our business... Chuck is a commensurate professional who refreshingly challenges my thinking and helps stretch the organization to new heights.”

I am happy to write this recommendation for Chuck Wolfe regarding his work with our organization involving one of his signature courses on Emotional Intelligence. Chuck is very flexible in his approach and content pieces, including offering titles that resonate best with your audiences. We called our program “The Emotionally Intelligent Leader,” and it had great appeal to our audience. The program was a day long program designed for managers of all levels and geographies. The content was innovative, dynamic, and highly relevant in professional as well as personal settings. It was easy to learn something about yourself and get practical takeaways that could be used immediately as you walked out the door. This on-site program attracted employees from Boston, New York, Bermuda, and Connecticut. Participants enjoyed the program so much they waited after the end to speak to me about the content instead of rushing off to their respective offices. This is rare with training programs.

When I became the Executive Director of the Farmington Valley YMCA, I knew that I needed to start out on the right foot. Hiring Chuck was the best investment I made to ensure my first 120 days were focused and successful.
Working with Chuck is easy. Conversations are fluid yet focused. His personality is open and friendly. Agendas are set and goals are met. My first few months presented many challenges. I can honestly say that with Chuck on my side during those first several months I made better decisions, developed stronger relationships, created advocates in my colleagues and supervisors, and caught the attention of our CEO as a rising star. Chuck gets great results and provides expert feedback. I highly recommend him.

Training in MSCEIT (emotional intelligence assessment) and the Emotion Roadmap
This training will significantly impact my work: management/leadership, relationship management, event planning and individual perception. This is the best and most relevant training I have attended in my career. Thank you!

Over the last few years, I’ve attended many SHRM led seminars and training sessions. The two days I spent in the MSCEIT Certification class was more beneficial than most of those other training classes combined. It is much more than a certification opportunity, it’s a chance to connect with like-minded peers who truly have a passion for coaching and helping others. It was refreshing to talk about new concepts and to not rehash the same old, same old content. The class is designed to truly help you to learn, share and develop. Mr. Wolfe and Dr. Pellitteri are amazing, so ready to help and offer advice. Take the class, you won’t be disappointed!

“Working with Charles through my MSCEIT training was an awesome learning experience. At the outset I was unsure how well doing the certification remotely would work, but it turned out to be great. I found the teleconferences to be very useful, and with Charles’ expert guidance I feel well prepared to use the MSCEIT tool in my leadership development practice. Along with the MSCEIT I found the Emotion Roadmap to be an incredibly powerful and helpful tool."
